This book is better than the previous one. I'm impressed and totally satisfied. The story got me hooked 'till the end of it and oh hell, I loved it. This time it involved with someone that is totally gorgeous and hot but super dangerous and deadly.

Dana - I liked her most this time because a) she doesn't count on others. I admire her character of not being dependable on others. b) she'll do whatever it is to protect people she loved regardless the risk and danger she'll face onward. Now let's talk about things I dislike about her. a) why Dana and what do/did she see on Ethan. That guy's a jerk, arrogant and proud. That guy didn't deserve her help. He doesn't worth it at all. b) I really hope she'll try harder on her self-defense class and projecting her magic instead of thinking about helpless and giving up.

I really hope Dana turned into a badass and kickass for the next book. I don't desire to see helpless and hopeless anymore. And please, Dana, pick on the Erlking already. LOL.

The Erlking - gorgeous and hot but dangerous and deadly. His favourite good time is hunting with his Huntsmen. Not hunting on animals but on Fae and mortals. Wicked. If he's not on his bikes, he's on his black horse. He dressed all black and his obvious significant, his blue stag. He has something he wants from Dana and it's not pleasant or even decent at all.

A terrible nightmare, as what this book called him but somehow, I liked this dude. He cares about Dana and he swore he'll protect Dana. There's chemistry between Dana and the Erlking. Though this dude is so freaking old but he's ageless and he looks in the mid-twenties, his affection on Dana who is still a teenager just a bit odd. Well, whatever anyway. Besides, he really stick to his words when he said he'll protect Dana because he beheaded Aunt Grace. Aunt Grace is/was Dana's aunt. Pure evil who wants to kill her because she couldn't get Dana allied with her in the attempt to murder the Queen of Seelie Court, Queen Titania.

Ethan - gorgeous? Yes. asshole? Yes. He did something that completely change his life. His stupid move has made him bound to the Erlking, forever. Too bad for him. I wonder what he'll do to regain Dana's trust after what he did in the previous book.

Keane - A self-defense teacher. I really hope he's not fallen for Dana but as the story goes, he seemed too but they both noted themselves As Friend. Another gorgeous Fae, son of Dana's bodyguard but the thing is, Dana's best friend, Kimber has a crush on him so he'd better not fallen for Dana or things are going to be complicated.

Kimber - she's a good friend. I loved her for that. Kimber and Dana are made for each other.

Dana's mother - she's in denial! God, I really hate that woman. Still not admitting she's a drunker! Utterly pissed with her, really. I'm not surprised if Dana talked to her like that. Rude way, I mean.

I can't wait to read the next book. Let's see how these people doing with whatever complicated, crazy situation.
