Rekindled is my top most favourite in Titanium Security‘s series. Below are the reasons why.
Today, we gather around to celebrate that our terrorist leader, Hassani, has finally have a bullet buried between his eyes, forever. Sorry, if I sound like a cold-hearted sadist. He deserved it. The honor of course goes to the Titanium Security‘s boss, Alex Rycroft, who did the deed. Bow down, people. Finally, the team gets their truest happy endings yay!
Although, to be honest, it was a relief Hassani‘s dead but I wasn’t quite happy with the way he died. Such a mercy, very quick at that, too. I was expecting something like an extreme torture, great punishment to befall on him upon his wrong doings, before death sentence. So unfair but oh well, it’s fiction. Also, ditto in real life.
The romance though, I can’t comment much more that that it was the most intense and emotional I’ve ever read in this series. Grace and Alex, they had this strong connection and the chemistry was overwhelming.
The plot was amazing. I was almost going mad because of the Hassani. The action scenes were marvelous! It was crazy and got a few scary scenes I was convinced two or three people in the team wouldn’t make it alive, after all those deaths and I kept thinking “everybody dies”. Particularly on Sean’s unfortunate incident. Followed by Grace’s. I was terrified for them. No worries though, all is well in the end.
That’s the final of it. I’m going to miss these awesome guys, the team. If you haven’t read Titanium Security series, well, you should. It’s amazing, you know. Unless you’re not into action and suspense, it’s too bad then. I, of course, as always, will keep tabs on Kaylea Cross’ books.
