5 starsI don't remember who recommended this book to me but then I want to say thank you to what-is-your-name because oh dear, this story was so sweet and I just couldn't put it down.
This book, of course, held cliche of all cliches. A bride-left-the-altar-stranger-helped-her-and-they-get-acquainted-at-last-fell-in-love. Despite that, I didn't seem care. I liked Brandy. She's really nice, modest, full of confidence, and beautiful in her own way. She's really rich but she didn't take granted for it. She just wanted to have a normal life, just like other ordinary people. As for Marco, he's hot, totally. Bad boy on surface but he's actually a sweetheart. It was funny that he got so possessive on Brandy after he knew her only for 48 hours and the girl, well she didn't aware of it until somebody knocked the sense out of her.
I liked the thrilling part. The romance was really good and so did the action. Brandy's ex-fiance is in serious debt and he needed Brandy's money so he could get himself out and so it was fascinating to know what would he planned to do, what would he do next, and how things ended when he finally got to Brandy as she left him at the altar, ran away, went missing, planted faux story to the world and didn't want to be found. So yeah, there was a little bit of sweet part, a little bit of hilarious part, and a little bit of adrenaline rush. Overall, the story gave a really good satisfaction.
